1. The Service

TryFix is a marketplace that helps customers connect with independent service providers. Providers are responsible for delivering services. TryFix does not guarantee the quality, timing, or outcome of any service provided by third parties.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

• You must provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must comply with applicable laws, including safety and verification requirements.

3. Provider Verification

Providers may be required to submit identity documents, a selfie, and other information for verification. Approval is at TryFix’s discretion. TryFix may request re-submission if documents are unclear or if required for compliance.

4. Bookings, Cancellations & Conduct

• Customers should provide accurate booking details and location.
• Providers should respond to bookings in a timely manner and act professionally.
• Cancellations may be recorded and may affect user experience or eligibility for certain features.
• Harassment, fraud, abuse, or illegal activity may result in suspension or termination.

5. Payments, Paid Features & Refunds

Some features may require payment (such as memberships, service activation, or subscriptions). Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Refunds (if any) are subject to the policies shown in the app and the payment provider’s rules. TryFix may refuse refunds in cases of fraud or abuse.

6. Ratings, Reviews & Reports

Users may be able to leave ratings/reviews and submit reports. You agree not to post false, abusive, or misleading content. TryFix may remove content or restrict features at its discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, designs, trademarks, and logos, are owned by TryFix or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Services except as allowed by law.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, TryFix disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for losses resulting from the actions of third-party providers.

9. Termination

TryFix may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms, create risk, or if required by law. You may stop using the Services at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in your city/state of residence, unless a different jurisdiction is required by law.
